“issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141, 147, or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING CPO agreed to email of report form. Observed housing of the feature pump (XFE-12) was replaced with a housing for a different pump (Intelliflo XF VS). The pool contractor was contacted and agreed to send a statement that only the housing was changed, that the internals are the same so no actual pump change was made.
