Note: Other single service items, namely one (1) box of fancy napkins, was observed stored directly on the ground of the dry storage area. However, labeling and shipping of the items indicated that these items had been delivered earlier that morning via key drop delivery. Similarly, packaged food in the WIC and walk in freezer was observed on the floor, labeled via delivery stickers as 11/29. Employees were observed being delegated to organize and store food and single service items throughout the inspection.
