Observed buildup and splatter on several sauce squirt bottles caps and sticker residue left on the outside of containers and lids Cleaned utensils must be clean to sight and touch. CDI- The bottle tops were rewashed and sanitized and talked to the PIC about having the sticker residue removed. |

Observed splatter in the top of the microwave next to the single door cooler and chip debris left in the warmer next to the small flip top cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free from the accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris by cleaning at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of these soil residues. Clean as needed. |
