General Comment: #1. Provide hose bib back flow prevention device on hose bibs on exterior of house. **No backflow connections or cross connections with unapproved supplies shall exist. 15A NCAC 18A .1611 (c ). #12. Observed protruding piping coming from wall in downstair area from where wet bar was removed. Recommend building a cover over protruding piping, placing wet bar back into area or removing protruding piping from wall. Would recommend placing locks on attic access doors in residents room.**The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
