Observed epoxy paint peeling on the floor throughout establishment, water damaged and missing ceiling tiles in front of beer WIC, damage wall corner between mop sink and hot water tank, and damage to back exit door and door frame next to water heater. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed to be smooth and easily cleanable. REPEAT |
