#3. Wipe/clean scuff marks from walls within hallway area.**Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. #5. Wipe/clean wall vent cover in ICU1.**Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). #8. Observed rust spots starting to form in base of hand wash basin in OR area. Address rust spots starting to form in base of hand wash basin(hallway area).**Keep all handwashing facilities clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b) #34. Observed stretcher in ED hallway area with clean linen. Keep clean linen covered during storage. Linen removed from stretcher at time of inspection. New linen placed on stretcher and cover sheet placed over clean linen.**Clean linen shall be stored and handled in a separate room or area, or in another manner that will prevent contamination of clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). #36. Wipe/clean interior top of microwave in nourishment area of third floor women recovery area.**Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition.
