General Comments

#11: Except for the stipulations stated in rule .1312 (d), handwashing sinks shall only be used for handwashing. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (d). Nourishment rooms have one sink to be used as a hand sink. The coffee maker is plumbed for water and ice/water dispenser is plumbed to drain/sewer. Any obtained water will come from either the coffee maker or the dispenser. Any disposed of liquids will go to the dispenser drain. #33: Carts used for soiled laundry shall be labeled for soiled laundry use only. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed none of the linen carts labeled as soiled linen. Needs to be labeled even if bags themselves say soiled linen.
