The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed walls damaged inside bedroom bathroom where curtain rod has damaged surface; Observed damage to walls where bedroom doors are swinging/ bumping into wall creating hole in need of repair. |
