The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed ceiling inside residents bathroom damaged above shower basin causing (popcorn ceiling) to flake / peel off, in need of repair. Observed wall inside other residents bathroom damaged where doorknob is allowed to hit wall due to no stopper being installed, (wall in need of repair). |
