Water calculation shows that two water heaters are needed to meet and/or exceed peak hot water demands. PIC contacted maintenance during inspection, who is expected to be on site by EOD. REHS observed dish machine in good working condition with compliant sanitizer concentrations during inspection. REHS to make follow up visit after water heater repair to assess if permit amendment can be made to allow for use of multi-use utensils.
