Observed inner ice guard lip of ice machine with residue build up. The interior siding wall of the ice machine unit was present with slight residue build up. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. CDI - PIC corrected violation by cleaning ice guard and inner side walls of ice machine during inspection. |
