CDI- PIC had event coordinator make changes to the menu. EHS observed proper consumer advisory and asterisks for steak tartare.

CDI- PIC uncovered all items and placed them on sheet trays. PIC had an employee add a clean ice paddle to sauce and soup to help cool properly.
