6-501.111 Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed small fruit flies in several areas of kitchen. Kitchen is open to space occupied by bakery, which is inspected by NCDAg. Flies observed in both spaces. PIC showed that pest service is ongoing every two weeks and problem is being actively addressed. |
