NO POINTS DEDUCTED (#15) The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed hot water at prep sink measuring 116F (holding) in kitchen area; water heater turned up during inspection. Due to time it will take to heat tank completely water not observed at or above 120F (may be a bad element in water heater). Director stated she will inform once fix is made. (NOTE) Center is currently using 3 classrooms.
