6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed damaged/crumbling dry wall near back door where dry storage racks are placed separating from wooden frame and detaching from baseboards. PIC will have repair team come and fix wall and baseboards.
