4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed blue date marking tape left on plastic pans after they had been washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Observed three greasy plastic prep cooler pans stored as clean. CDI - all items were returned to dish area to be rewashed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. |
