Observed (1) sanitizer bottle on house keeping cart on 15th floor out of 18 bottles not registering. Mr. Jonathan(executive housekeeper) changed out sanitizer bottle at time of inspection. Sanitizer(quaternary ammonia) in all other sanitizer bottles and bottle replaced registered 200ppm-400ppm. Inform house keepers to make sure they fill up sanitizer bottle with sanitizer and not air freshener. Monitor and repair if needed hair line cracks on ceiling in 1901 room and 1401 in room and bathroom. Touch-up furniture(night stand) with furniture marker in 1504.
