Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed toilet seat worn and chipping in mens bathroom upstairs. Needs repair. Observed toilet water turned off and build up in toilet next to upstairs kitchen. Needs to be operable and cleaned. |
