General Comments

15 - Ring buoy rope starting to degrade. Replace with 50 ft. rope. Given 30 days to correct from ITS issuance. Will verify in at return for ITS items. 22 - Emergency phone not ringing back when number dialed. Per new State requirement, when number called listed at emergency phone and with 911, the phone shall audibly ring back. Given 30 days to correct from ITS issuance. Bubbler pump burnt out. New like for like pump in place (XFE-12). Electrical fire so requires electrical inspection. Currently bubbler is turned off. Permit Restriction - pool not approved to use bubblers until electrical inspection has passed. Notify EHS once inspection has passed. Immediate Suspension issued for pool chlorine. Once corrected, contact Katie at 704-309-5494 to schedule a return visit to re-open the swimming pool. Luis Rosado present during the inspection. No signature due to covid restrictions.
