Intent to Suspend issued for record keeping, CPO, gasket for filter and chlorinator flow detection. Dog on pool deck at time of inspection. CPO asked owner to remove dog from pool deck. Per rules, no pets on pool deck. Salt not approved for primary chlorination. No paper towels in women's restroom. Provide paper towels. Dennis Clowers present during inspection. No signature due to covid restrictions.
