4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - Observed torn gasket on frappe bar low reach cooler and tall reach cooler (backside of makeline). Ice machine out of order. (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in good repair. (B) EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Repair or replace gaskets. PIC currently has work order for ice machine. |
