COMMENT: Observed TCS foods on time at the buffet area: boiled eggs, yogurt, cantaloupe, honey dew, yogurt, cheese sticks, milk and cream cheese without proper written procedures. PICA states all items are placed out at 7am and are discarded 9:30am. CDI. Filled out written procedure with the PIC. Ensure that written procedures are followed. |
