4-601.11(C ) Keep non food contact surfaces of equipment clean to avoid build up of dust, food residue or debris.4-602.13 Non food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned frequently to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed soil accumulation at back corner prep surface, as well as crumb and stain accumulation in two (2) bins used to hold in use tongs. Tongs were not contacting soiled surfaces at time of inspection. Clean bins and non food contacts as needed. |

Observed minor food soil (spilled milk, paper muffin liners, etc.) on floors nearest standing equipment. Clean active soils as needed to prevent accumulation on floors, walls, and ceilings. |
