Inspection completed with Jonatan Hernandez present. Permit suspended for following items listed below. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 once corrected to reopen pool. 1. Emergency phone cannot receive incoming calls. NOTE: Drain covers are expiring in May, 2023. Replace prior to April 31, 2023 and submit a new pool drain suction compliance (PDSC) form to the health department for verification and approval to receive your operations permit. Repair gate to self-close or an intent to suspend the permit will be issued once the permit is reinstated.
