Inspection completed with Gamal Nasr present. Intent to suspend issued for trip hazard approximately 1 inch deep due to missing paver near fill line. Correct within 30 days or permit may be suspended. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 once repaired to verify. Some areas of fencing where mulch has settled and is causing greater than 2 inch gap underneath fencing. Ensure all areas around fencing have no more than 2 inch gap underneath. Correct before next inspection. Observed emergency phone with no audible ring back when emergency number is dialed. Ensure emergency phone has audible ring when a call is received. Advised repairing/replacing phone.
