Inspection completed with Heather Durham and Maria Reyes present. Permit suspended due to non-operational emergency phone. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 once phone is repaired to reopen pool. Observed one drain cover Aquastar wav9 attached to stairs to be a 2017 VGB cover. PDSC paperwork does not reflect this. Submit new PDSC documentation to health department for approval.
