Observed more cleaning needed to the inside paneling of both meat saws and the white container stored at the bottom of the blades. Also observed more cleaning needed to the meat tenderizer. CDI-The two meat saws were broken down to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. The meat tenderizer and the white container were brought back to the 4-compartment sink for proper cleaning and sanitizing. REPEAT.
*First time repeat violation, points kept the same today. |
