REPEAT: 6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure. Observed soft drink syrup spilled and spreading on flooring at back of kitchen. PIC advised that the beverage syrup line is faulty and Coca Cola has been contacted for repairs. No points deducted due to notable improvement observed from previous inspection. -0- |
