CDI - PIC attempted to prime the sanitizer and contacted vendor for maintenance. Per PIC Jason, this machine was last scheduled for maintenance on Friday and was working. EHS reminded PIC to check machine daily to ensure proper sanitization. After prime, sanitizer was 100 ppm. -1.5- |

Currently, menu has a cross that is also used for Gluten Free items and other menu notes not associated with the consumer advisory.
