4-205.10 Ensure equipment other than toasters, mixers, microwaves, water heaters and hoods is ANSI certified or equivalent. Observed mini fridge used for commercial product in front service area, not ANSI. Use only for personal items or remove and replace with ANSI RIC. Repeat.
4-502.11(A) Maintain utensils in good repair. Dish machine is not operational (have been using three comp sink which is sufficient for operational needs at this time, tested sanitizer and was right concentration), repair part on order. Tall RIC has water dripping from top cooling apparatus. Needs repair. |
