POOL IS CLOSED BY ORDER OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. CONTACT C. ELMORE WHEN CORRECTIONS ARE MADE. 704-507-6814. POOL CANNOT REOPEN UNTIL HEALTH DEPARTMENT VERIFIES ALL CLOSURE ITEMS CORRECTED. POOL DOES NOT APPEAR TO CURRENTLY HAVE A CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR (CPO). A CPO IS REQUIRED TO OPERATE THE POOL. PROVIDE A CPO FOR THE POOL. THE CPO MUST VISIT THE POOL AT LEAST ONE TIME EVERY DAY THE POOL IS OPEN. STAFF AGREED TO EMAIL COPY OF REPORT POOL IS APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. C. ELMORE WILL FOLLOW-UP FOR LIGHTING FUNCTION EVALUATION AT A LATER DATE. MAIN DRAINS WILL EXPIRE AUGUST 2022. MAIN DRAINS MUST BE REPLACED AND THE PDSC FORMS SUBMITTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
