NO SIGNATURE DUE TO COVID PRECAUTIONS. PLEASE CONTINUE TO FOLLOW ALL CURRENT COVID 19 REGULATIONS. CPO AGREED TO EMAIL OF INSPECTION REPORT. pH, chlorine, and main drains must be checked once a day when the pool is open. Total Alkalinity and Cyanuric Acid (if in use) must be checked once a week.
