Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (a). Observed several stained ceiling tiles in girls lockers rooms. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced.
All fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (d). Observed black build up on the bottom of shower curtains in boys locker room. |
