General CommentsEHS will make a follow up visit with facility to discuss long term compliance solution for the hand sink that was installed in the dry storage/ catering prep area. Currently, the hand sink, hot water heater for the sink, the ice machine and the walk in cooler are being draining into a 5 gallon pump with a pump that pumps the waste water into a floor drain in the dish pit. PIC stated that the set-up was in place when they took over the facility a few years ago, minus the drainage system to the floor drain, it used to drain outside. PIC stated that the hand sink was not functioning when they took over the facility. They did replace the pump once, but with the same pump. The hand sink does have hot water.
