2-401.11 - Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco: Employees shall eat, drink, or use any form of tobacco only in designated area to prevent cross contamination.
During inspection 1 employees closed lunch box was found on top of a closed container with RTE food inside, in the walk in cooler. CDI by employee relocating their lunch. ( no points taken due to CDI and employee had simply mistaken the container for the lower 1 designated for employee food.) |
