.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism.
Observed some of the fence to be less than 48 inches due to buildup of landscaping mulch and materials. Correct this so that fence height is in compliance.
Observed the gaps on the push bar gates where the hinges are located to be greater than 1/2 inch wide. These gaps must be corrected so that there are no gaps greater than 1/2 inch within 18 inches of the push bar. I.T.S. Issued. |
