Inspection completed with Mark Gabbert present. Intent to suspend issued for ADULTS SHOULD NOT SWIM ALONE sign in 1/2 inch lettering. Provide sign with exact wording in 1 inch lettering. Correct within 30 days or permit may be suspended. Observed rope connected to ring buoy beginning to fray. Replace within 30 days. This pool is not permitted for night swimming (signage around pool indicates pool closes at 9pm). Update signs to indicate pool closes at dusk or contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to schedule a night swim lighting verification visit.
