No points were deducted for the following: 8. Observed staining in the toilet in room B106. Toilet was cleaned during the inspection. **Toilet, handwashing, and bathing facilities must be conveniently located and readily accessible to residents and staff. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (a). 12. Observed no soap at the handwashing sink in the activity room. Soap was provided. **Provide liquid soap and disposable towels at all handwashing sinks. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (d). 43. Observed thermometer missing in the activity room. Thermometer was provided. **All refrigerators shall have a thermometer and situated so that the thermometer can be easily read. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b).
