NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #2. Keep all flooring clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a). Observed minor staining on carpet throughout facility. #36. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. See rule .1320 (c). Observed refrigerator located inside of satellite kitchen with liquid spillage on top shelf. *NOTE: Ms. Laurie was present during time of inspection.
