General CommentsEHS advised PIC that once they open the metal cans, the food must be stored in a food grade container. EHS explained that they can not reuse metal cans. EHS also advised PIC to keep a sheet that list the ingredients for the yogurt drinks that they are bottling in the kitchen. This should be available in case customers ask about the ingredients. The drinks are not in a grab and go case. The employees must hand the drinks to the customer. EHS also investigated a complaint today that facility is not keeping Indian sweets frozen and the ones the complainant purchased were molding. EHS observed multiple packages of Sweets that were labeled “keep frozen in the grab and go coolers that are at 45-55F. Some of these desserts contained milk. EHS explained to PIC that if it states keep frozen it must be put in the freezer.
