Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). Observed no soap or paper towels in residents room. PIC explained they keep them upstairs to help keep them from flushing paper towels down the toilet and causing it to back up. |

The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed dust building up on the fan in the bedroom, and building up in the bathroom baseboards. |
