4-302.13 (B) Provide an approved Max/Min thermometer for testing sanitizing temperatures in hot water warewashing machines. The thermometer must be readily accessible. -Pf Did not observe high heat test strips or high temperature thermometer on site during inspection. PIC provided a paid invoice and stated they ordered high heat test strips but strips have been on back order and wont be delivered until Monday. VR-A verification visit will be conducted within 10 days to see that new high temperature test strips or high temp thermometer is in facility. -REPEAT VIOLATION- |
