The thermometer must be readily accessible. -Pf Did not observe high heat test strips or high temperature thermometer on site during inspection. PIC stated they now use high temperature test strips and they have been on back order. VR-A verification visit will be conducted within 10 days to see that new high temperature test strips or high temp thermometer is in facility. |
