3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P REPEAT. Observed in-house cut French brie, triple crème brie, and Pere brie dated 22 days. Dates are supposed to be manually changed in system before labeling. CDI - French brie and triple crème voluntarily discarded. Pere brie labels corrected. Repeat, but much improvement. VR to be done by 5/20/21. |
