Inspected at 4200 Brownes Ferry rd. MFU had just gotten to location when EHS arrived, TCS foods in prep unit were just bought or prepared prior to leaving commissary and were cooling from ambient temperatures. No TCS foods were cold holding in prep unit at time of inspection.
