Facility has 3 cold holding units not holding at 41F. All TCS foods recorded below 41F. CDI- Discarded. Facility is having air conditioner issues and PIC suspects that has had an effect on the refrigeration units. CDI- Foods discarded. Facility will have repair come out to facility as soon as possible and have A/C unit looked at. VR. REPEAT. Facility closed for the day and Will reopen tomorrow at 8AM only if they have refrigerators repaired. |
