*NOTE: Center completed lead water test sampling with RTI on 2/22/2021, results are not showing on cleanwaterkids website. Director showed EHS print out from RTI website showing that samples have been submitted but are pending. EHS advised Director to contact RTI to obtain information on why results are pending from February. Director Laura Harris was present during time of inspection.
