General CommentsFacility cooked liver mush, bologna, and sausage . Items were on prep top since 630am EHS checked temps at 9am all above 41F. Facility also used a ice water to dip chicken in before it’s breaded. EHS will discuss with PIC about permit conditions and possible ITS due to repeated cold holding issues.
