5-402.13 Maintain sanitary sewage system.-P PIC said they currently only have 1 toilet working in facility (they have 3) the other two are backed up and leaking onto th floor when anyone flushes. They currently have these blocked off so no one can use and PIC has maintenance coming on Friday. No CDI needed as long as they are not using those toilets because they have 1 that functions. |
