General Comment: #21. Tighten loose faucet fixture on hand washing sink in both bathrooms located in hallway area.**Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #23. Observed an employment sign for center stored in the bathroom. Employment sign removed from bathroom and placed in owners office. No storage in bathrooms.**Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #25. Provide properly mixed disinfectant at all times so diaper changing table can be cleaned and properly disinfected.**The diaper changing surface shall be properly disinfected between each child. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ). #39. Dust window blinds throughout daycare. Paint or replace floor vent registers that is starting to rust.** Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). Kitchen door has been installed and latching mechanism placed on interior side of kitchen door.
